Construction of the riverside capping beam with a suspended Marine deck which spanned out over the River. This required working at low tides.
Waterproofing -Full waterproofed system basement which spanned from underside of the basement slab and up both sides of the walls to ground level by use of a sheet membrane. The fully waterproofed basement was carried out by our own waterproofing team.
Forming of insitu pitch side steps, vomitory walls and dugouts.
Construction of upper floors and level 4 swimming pool.
